Liquid Amber Partners LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates NativeNurseryFinder.com (the "Site"). The Site provides a native plant finder tool, a directory of regional native plant nurseries, and editorial guides on ecological gardening, pollinator habitat, and USDA hardiness zones. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information you submit directly, except where you voluntarily submit a nursery listing through our submission form (for example, your email address, if provided, so we can follow up on a listing). The plant finder tool and nursery directory run in your browser; the state, zone, and category choices you make in the finder are not tied to your identity or retained by us on a per-user basis.

We automatically receive a limited amount of technical information through the third-party services listed below. This information may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and date of visits, and approximate geographic region.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. The legal bases on which we rely are your consent (for advertising and analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in operating the Site securely. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. The use of advertising cookies described in Section 4 may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting this signal, the Site does not currently respond to it.

The Site is served over HTTPS. Because we do not maintain our own user accounts or databases of personal information, data-retention risk is limited to logs and aggregated analytics held by our third-party processors for their standard retention periods, and to nursery submissions you voluntarily send us through the submission form (retained only as long as needed to verify and list the nursery).

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact support@gammaflux.io and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

Our third-party processors (including Google) may transfer information to and process it in the United States and other countries. Where required, these processors rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
